Dear Friends and Colleagues!

Time flies, and our 9th Massin Congress is practically just “around the corner”. It is my great pleasure that Basant Misra is organizing this Congress and will be our host in Mumbai on the May 14th- 17th 2026

With his experience and enthusiasm, which has touched me, he is more than committed to making this upcoming meeting a true neurosurgical highlight, which will cover all our subspecialties. I do not doubt that we will experience in Mumbai a scientific and social event that we will value and remember as unique.

During the MASSIN Congresses, I am usually reserved to delivering presentations and prefer to have my friends and pupils take the stage and present their own experiences. However, I have decided that during this meeting I will take a more active part and share my ongoing experiences in the fields of our specialty and take this opportunity to invite also the emerging next generation of young neurosurgeons to join in, participate and contribute with their presentations and in being part of this surely memorable event.

It would also be an added pleasure for me if your families come and enjoy the opportunity of spending time together with friends and in deepening our bonds.
